Milk Bread


250 grams of high protein flour

30 grams of sugar

1 tsp yeast

170 ml of cold liquid milk

30 gr butter

pinch of salt


1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast and stir well

2. Pour gradually the liquid milk while kneading until half smooth

3. Add butter and salt, knead until smooth elastic, the dough looks shiny and supple

4. After the elastic is smooth, remove the dough, divide it into 4, color each dough, rest 1 hour, cover with a napkin

5. After 1 hour, remove the air by rolling it, filling the dough and rounding it back slowly

6. Rest the dough for 35 minutes

7. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and fill bottom rack with water

8. Before entering the oven, sprinkle the flour / full cream milk, for topping, oven for about 35-45 minutes
