Mungbean cake (onde-onde)

 


Ingredients

 5-10 people
  1. Cook in the low fire
  2. Filled
  3. 500 gr steam mung bean, diced into paste
  4. 650 gr castor sugar
  5. 50 gr coconut powder
  6. 30 cc or 3 tbs cooking oil
  7. Outer skin
  8. 1 kg glutinous powder
  9. 100 gr all-purpose flour
  10. 500 gr castor sugar
  11. 1 tsp salt
  12. 1 tsp vanila powder
  13. 2 tsp Baking Powder
  14. 60 ml cooking oil
  15. 800 CC warm water
  16. Mix all together till form
  17. Sesame seed to cover

Steps

  1. 1. Make mixed skin ingredient until in a good consistency, also mungbean filled

  2. 2. Cover with sesame seed before fry with lower heat.
